Through empathy-building exercises and practical knowledge, we offer real-world examples that transform abstract concepts into tangible solutions, helping to create a more cohesive and supportive working environment.

 

  • 1:1 Coaching & Mentoring - We provide personalised coaching for neurodivergent individuals, helping them harness their strengths, navigate challenges, and thrive professionally. Our coaching empowers individuals by focusing on personal growth, developing strategies for career advancement, and boosting confidence, allowing them to fully embrace their unique abilities and succeed in their chosen fields.

 

  • Workshops - Workshops for conference, team building events and much more. Providing some hands on resources and guidance on building inclusive environments. Such as my swot analysis to manual of me workshops which helps you to get to know colleagues and create a fun shareable one pager to help with collaboration and understanding of individual needs.

 

  • Talks - We deliver dynamic talks that explore my personal journey as a neurodivergent professional, delving into the nuances of ADHD and autism, the impact of masking, and how embracing neurodiversity can lead to stronger, more inclusive workplaces.

 

  • Podcast guest - We join podcasts to discuss how organisations can better support neurodivergent colleagues in the workplace. We share strategies for fostering inclusive environments and insights from my own experiences, empowering listeners with actionable guidance and perspective.

 

About Lucy

 

Mindshift Empowerment was born out of a personal and professional journey that shaped not only my career but my deep commitment to neuro-inclusion. After years of navigating the corporate world as a neurodivergent individual, I realised that simply surviving wasn't enough. I wanted to create an environment where neurodivergent individuals could thrive, not just survive.

As a neurodivergent professional myself, I experienced first-hand the barriers that exist within traditional workplace structures. These challenges, combined with my passion for driving positive change, inspired me to form Mindshift Empowerment. My mission is simple: to elevate and support those around me by fostering inclusive, neurodiverse environments where everyone’s uniqueness is celebrated and valued. This business is the culmination of my desire to create systemic change—helping organisations embrace neurodiversity and ensure that individuals, like me, can bring their full selves to work and deliver to the best of their abilities.
